WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Wear comfortable workout clothes that you feel ok sweating in. You’ll be laying down some of the time with your hands or legs in the air so make sure your clothes move with you. You don’t have to wear shoes or socks – though you can wear socks if it is more comfortable for you. However, your bare feet will give you better grip for some of the exercises.

WILL I LOSE WEIGHT?

You will be building and toning your muscles and that muscle will continue to burn calories, even after you have left class. Calories in, calories out – with proper diet and a good mix of classes, you can definitely lose weight.

IS PILATES FOR GUYS?

Absolutely! It was started by a fitness buff, Joseph Pilates, and it remains a great workout for men. Our classes don’t have complex choreography or dance moves – we keep it sporty and you’ll break a sweat.
